From candidates: Identity, contact details and information contained in the CV/application
CST undertakes to :
Not to use the data collected for any purpose other than that for which it was collected
Not to allow any outside person to enter or remain in the CST offices where certain personal data are stored without the presence of a member of CST staff
To ensure that the various employees, subcontractors or partners who intervene in the context of the services offered by CST take the necessary precautions to ensure the security of the data transmitted to them and to inform us of any problem of which they are aware and which would affect the protection of the personal data of our employees and customers.
How can I exercise my right to access, rectify or delete my personal data?
In accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions, in particular law n° 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, as amended, and the European regulation n°2016/679/EU of
27 April 2016, CST's employees, subcontractors and customers have a right of access, rectification, portability, deletion of data or limitation of processing.
